Case Study 4
Gary has recently passed his Category C test and is working on an ad-hoc basis for a scaffolding company as a driver. He works as a labourer on site once he has arrived with the equipment and scaffolding team. He is often asked to work at different locations and start at different times of the day at short notice. Today, for example, he started work at 8 am and is not due to finish until 10 pm.
Gary is keen to impress and has been told that the company is looking for a hard working individual to join the team on a permanent basis.
