Sandip works for a building supplies company in Yorkshire. He drives a 40,000kg flatbed lorry which has a kerbside weight of 13,500kg. He delivers pallets of bricks, each weighing 1,000kg, to building sites and uses a truck-mounted crane to unload them from the rear of his truck.

Sandip started work at 7 am and has six deliveries, including a 30 minute scheduled wait at a building site in Bradford.

Sandip will leave the yard with 16 pallets of bricks before arriving at his first delivery at 08:30 am

Today Sandip will finish work at 18:00 pm. He receives a bonus for minimising fuel consumption and is driving under EU rules.
