Case Study 115

Marcus has held his driver CPC for three years today.  Last week he undertook a lorry mounted crane course which contributed 14 hours towards his continual CPC training.  He then took two days off work and returned today at 06:00am.

115He is driving a rigid box lorry for a removals company.  He will drive the vehicle to a house and help load the furniture with his colleagues before driving to the new location.  Once there he will help unload the vehicle.

The work he is undertaking is very physical and he suffers from long term back pain.  As a result he is taking medication which he purchased over the counter from a pharmacy.

Marcus is 30 years of age and driving under EU rules
