You do not need to have passed your Driver CPC tests to apply for a Digital Tachograph Driver Card

Applying in good time will ensure there is no delay between passing your practical test and starting a new job

TIP TIP

Driver cards store information from digital tachographs about your daily work as a driver. Your driver card will have a photograph and a digital copy of your signature on it. DVLA will use the photograph and signature from your photocard driving licence if you have one.
